We aim to get your KuraCare order to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. KuraCare has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us via our Contact page and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KuraCare is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
