We stand behind every KuraCare Nailcare Pen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Sale & Bundle Items
Bundle purchases are refundable only if all items in the bundle are returned together. Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless an item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
